Magnify Biosciences Kit Return & Exchange Policy
We strive for your complete satisfaction with our Magnify Expansion Kits. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the product under the following conditions:
Product Performance: This policy applies to returns of unopened products. For inquiries regarding product performance or potential defects, please refer to our Limited Product Warranty, which covers replacement for products not meeting performance standards. Note that Magnify Expansion Kits are intended for Research Use Only.
Return Window: Unopened kits may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Condition for Return: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, kits must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in undamaged condition.
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the eligible returned kit, a full refund of the product purchase price will be issued. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an unopened kit for a different type (e.g., Cell Culture kit for FFPE kit), please contact us within the 30-day window. Exchanges are subject to availability, and any price difference will be applied.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred when returning a kit to Magnify Biosciences.
