The Magnify Expansion Kit (Optimized for Culture Cells) provides researchers with an easy-to-use solution for achieving nanoscale imaging resolution on conventional microscopes. This kit is specifically tailored for both adherent and suspended cultured cells. Employing a hydrogel network strategy, the kit facilitates isotropic physical expansion of fixed cells, typically 8-11x folds in deionized water, allowing visualization of subcellular structures previously below the diffraction limit. Each kit contains reagents sufficient for five reactions. Per reaction, 500 µL of activated gelling solution is prepared, suitable for processing cells typically covering an area up to 16 sq cm (monolayer). The Magnify process preserves proteins and other biomolecules, enabling detailed post-expansion analysis. This product is intended for research use only.
